Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Changes, and No-Show Policy 1 Cancellation Policy: Party B can cancel their reservation for free up to 72 hours before the rental start time, and Party A will refund the rental fee and deposit in full. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of the rental start time, Party A will charge 2000 THB as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to Party B. 2 Change Policy: Party B can change the rental date for free up to 72 hours before the rental start time, subject to mutual agreement with Party A. If changes are requested within 72 hours of the rental start time, Party A will charge 2000 THB as a change fee. 3 No-Show Policy: If Party B fails to collect the golf clubs at the agreed time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the rental fee and deposit will not be refunded. 4 Latest Booking Time: Party B must complete the booking no later than 24 hours before the rental start time. Party A reserves the right to reject bookings made after this deadline. Damage and Compensation 5 If the golf clubs are damaged or lost during the rental period, Party B shall compensate as follows: Minor Damage (repairable): Repair costs borne by Party B. Severe Damage or Loss: Party B shall compensate 100% of the market value of the golf clubs. 6 Party A shall inspect the condition of the golf clubs upon their return and confirm the compensation amount with Party B. Breach of Contract 7 If Party B fails to return the golf clubs on time, a late fee of 200% of the daily rental fee will be charged for each day of delay. 7.2 If Party A fails to provide the golf clubs as agreed or the provided clubs have quality issues, Party B has the right to request a refund or replacement. Article 8: Dispute Resolution 8 Any disputes arising during the performance of this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
